The H2B work visa you to get employed on a temporary post (for a maximum of 10 months),  within an unqualified work field, within a company from the USA.
n order for a job to be temporary, this should be "a one time need", seasonal, or intermittent. The employer also needs to prove that they did not find any American worker capable of fulfilling the job requirements for which you will apply.
The employer will prove this by obtaining a temporary labor certification by the Department of Labor -DOL.
Traditionally, the H2B visa ais used for industries such as: tourist attractions, national parks, landscapers, seafood, constructions, but this does not mean that other employers are excluded.
